As we are ready to set foot into the 50th year of the school, it gives me immense pleasure to share my views and experiences with the associated with this school. The Academic year 2018-19 is declared as the GOLDEN JULBIEE YEAR as IJRS is going to complete 50 years of its splendid service in the field of education. I whole heartedly congratulate all the staff who have been part of this institution in the past and in the present and for making this school what it is today.
Every day has been a new learning experience for me. When associated with young minds, their creativity, reasoning, questioning, imagination, and energy amuses us. We need to bring out their inner potential to the fullest extent.
Focus on the journey, not the destination. Joy is found not in finishing an activity but in doing it. -Greg Anderson
In this era of competition, it is important to impart an integrated education to the future citizens of the nation, which can be brought in by curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. Children acquire skills and knowledge easily if we can make the surrounding stimulating and secure.
For us quality matters the most, we have tried to channelise the learning, creativity and positive approach of our children through writing, reading, drawings , art and craft, performing arts, dance, drama, debate, sports and other activities.
I hope the effort put in by our teaching fraternity will serve as stepping stones in journey of life. We take all the necessary steps to produce optimistic, compassionate, lifelong learners and leaders who will bring glory to the school, society and to the nation and prove to be some of the best citizens of the country.
The need of the hour is to instill values in children as values seem to be fading away in this generation, the generation which is ruled by technology, we try to instill responsibility, discipline, confidence , trust, respect and loyalty, to one’s family and society in general.
I take this opportunity to acknowledge the extreme hard work of our dedicated teaching and non teaching staff, in taking our school to the heights that we now tread.
