  • The prescribed uniforms, socks and shoes must be worn to school.
  • Students are not permitted to leave the premises during the school hours. A special request letter, duly signed by the parents will be considered by the Principal.
  • In the school premises, all communication between students and with teachers will be in English.
  • Students who come late on three consecutive days will be allowed to attend the class only after parents meet the Principal.
  • When the assembly, class or break bell rings, students are not to shout in the corridors, classrooms or on the stairs.
  • Parents/Guardians are not permitted to enter the classrooms or meet the teachers during school hours. For any assistance contact the School Office during class hours.
  • When school finishes for the day, ensure that prompt transport arrangements are made for your child to go home.
  • Regular visits by parents and interaction with Class and Subject Teachers are essential for parents to be aware of the child's progress.
  • Neatness, Health and Hygiene :
    • Students shall come to school with neatly washed and ironed uniforms, clean socks and polished shoes.
    • Every academic year, parents must provide their children with a set of New Uniforms.
  • The students are responsible for their belongings and must have them properly marked with their names.
  • Any damage by scribbling, writing or jumping on furniture, walls or any school property will be paid for by the Parent of the student.
  • Any books or magazines belonging to the school must be looked after properly and not be damaged or lost.
  • Toys, playing cards of any type, electronic devices or any other gadgets/devices are not permitted in the school premises.
  • No money should be brought to school unless instructed to do so. Parents are requested to strictly abide by this rule
  • Irregular Attendance, neglect of class work or homework and disobedience or any type of disrespect to any member of the staff and management, will justify suspension or dismissal from the school.
  • At all times and in all areas discipline must be maintained.
  • Harassment of other students, cheating or any other anti-social acts will not be tolerated and justifies suspension or dismissal from the school.
  • Disciplinary action :
    • Action will be taken as per law against parents who harass other parents, children, staff and faculty of the school.
    • Any parent, who continues to be a nuisance to members of the staff or to the Institution as a whole and does not adhere to the norms and regulations set, may force the discontinuation of their child/children from this institution.
  • Smart Class & Computer Education are an integral part of the academic programme. Parents are informed that all students will be involved in these programmes, as they are part and parcel of the school curriculum.
  • Students who are unwell should not attend school until they have completely recovered. Students with infectious diseases like chicken pox, measles, mumps, whooping cough or any other infection, must not attend school unless they have followed the quarantine period.
  • Students will be permitted to leave the premises during the school hours, only in exceptional circumstances and duly authorized by the Principal.
  • The Class Teachers/Subject Teachers may be met between 4.10 – 4.30pm on Monday to Friday.
  • The Principal can be met, only with prior appointment, between 3.30 and 4.30 p.m. (Monday to Friday) except if there is an emergency an appointment isn’t needed.
  • The coordinators can be met between 4.10 to 5.00pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Students will have to take a re-test if they have failed in a particular subject in the annual examinations. Remedial classes will be conducted for those who have failed. Their Progress Reports will not be issued until this process is completed.
  • For the all-round development of the students, participation in physical training and sporting activities is compulsory. "Medical Certificate should be produced with the reason clearly stated", if a student is unable to participate.
  • After the Post-Test, at the end of the Bridge Course regular remedial instruction will be given to students who are weak in any subject area.
  • While all precautions are taken for the safety of your child, the Management is not responsible for any injury sustained in or outside the school premises.
